One incident, start to finish

On 28 September 2026 we covered a camera lens at our head office during a live test. Nothing else was changed. This is what the platform did.

    Black picture detected. A ticket opened with the last good picture attached.

  2. After review

    The last good picture beside the live view confirmed the cover.

  3. 16:56

    The cover was removed. Recovery was confirmed, the ticket closed, and a resolved email was sent.

Fifteen minutes from ticket to resolution, with evidence at every step.
